Booking Conditions

If you book directly with the owner (phone or email) a 50% deposit is payable at the time of the booking. The balance is required at least 15 days prior to your arrival date.

We welcome you to Casa Valeri, and offer you accommodation on the understanding that you will respect the property and its contents. We know that you will wish to leave it for the enjoyment of future guests, and hope that you too will wish to return to further enjoy the beauty and tranquility of the area

Check in and check out

• Check in is from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival
• We request that you check out by 11.00 am on the day of your departure

Cancellations

All cancellations are made in writing or by email.

• More than 30 days before the date of arrival – full refund.
• Between 30 and 15 days prior – 50% refund.
• Less than 15 days – no refund of any monies paid.
