Warburton is a mountain hamlet that retains the style and pace of a past age. A 75 kilometer drive from the center of the city.

Warburton enjoyed a brief flush of prosperity in the early gold rushes of the nineteenth century, but thereafter the town’s economy was supported by logging and tourism.
